San Jon Ranch calves are born around the first of the year.  We sell the steer calves at eight to ten months of age and are market them as All Natural, Age and Source Verified.  They are sold via Superior Livestock Auctions, and generally ship the first week in October.  The steer calves average 630 pounds weaning weight.  The picture above is a steer calf on weaning/shipping day.
